The emergency 9-1-1 operators are trained to ask questions to assist you in reporting an emergency.  Each operator is trained to give you emergency instructions as help is being dispatched to your location.  Remember, as one operator is asking questions, another operator is sending help to your location.  Remain calm and answer the operators questions so we can better serve you.
